Austin runs on a Tuesday and Thursday schedule, San Antonio and Boerne on Wednesdays, with routes further out (Fredericksburg, Waco, Brenham, Wimberley) running on a monthly rotation. Orders placed before 10pm the night before make the next scheduled run.
Each route is planned stop by stop, full jugs and cases go out, empty jugs and deposits come back, and the truck moves through neighborhoods in a set order to keep things efficient.
