Mineral Texas Water – Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: November 2025
Applies to: All orders placed with Mineral Texas Water for delivery throughout Central Texas.


1. Service Area

We currently deliver Crazy Water and Mineral Texas Water products across:

  • Greater Austin area

  • San Antonio

  • Hill Country communities

  • Select Central Texas towns

If you’re outside our regular route, please contact us to confirm availability or pickup options.


2. Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made on a weekly or biweekly route schedule depending on your location and order size.
We’ll confirm your delivery day once your account is set up and notify you of any route changes in advance.

  • Weekly customers: Deliveries occur the same weekday each week.

  • Biweekly customers: Deliveries occur every other week on your assigned day.

  • Monthly customers: Deliveries occur once per month unless otherwise arranged.

If your route driver’s truck is full, we’ll coordinate pickup or partial delivery to ensure you’re stocked until the next route.


3. Order Cutoff Times

Orders must be received by Sunday at 5 PM for inclusion in that week’s delivery.
Orders placed after the cutoff will roll to the next available delivery date.


4. Delivery Process

Our driver will deliver directly to your home, office, or designated drop location.
Please ensure:

  • The delivery area is safe and accessible.

  • Any gates, codes, or entry instructions are provided in advance.

  • Pets are secured for safety.

If no one is present, we’ll follow your standing delivery instructions (e.g., leave by front door, garage, or cooler box).


5. Missed Deliveries

If we attempt delivery but can’t access the property or drop-off point, we’ll reschedule for the next available day.

  • First reschedule: No charge

  • Subsequent missed deliveries: $10 redelivery fee may apply


6. Local Pickup

Customers can also pick up orders directly from our distribution site by appointment.
Pickup hours and address will be confirmed at the time of order.


7. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary by location and order size:

  • Local (within 25 miles): Included for minimum order quantities (typically 2+ cases)

  • Extended routes (25–60 miles): May include a $5–$15 delivery fee

  • Long-distance deliveries (60+ miles): Priced individually

We’ll always confirm your total, including any delivery fee, before scheduling.


8. Shipping (Out of Area Orders)

For customers outside our delivery zone, we may be able to ship by courier or freight at cost.
Because Crazy Water is a heavy bottled product, shipping fees are calculated based on weight and distance.
Please contact us for a quote before placing large or out-of-area orders.


9. Damaged Deliveries

If you receive damaged or leaking bottles, notify us within 48 hours for replacement or credit.
Please include a photo of the affected product so we can resolve it quickly.


10. Weather or Emergency Delays

In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, road closures, or supplier issues.
We’ll always notify you of any changes as soon as possible and reschedule promptly.
