Mineral Texas Water – Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 2025
Applies to: All customers purchasing or receiving Crazy Water or any other products from Mineral Texas Water within the state of Texas.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or receiving delivery from Mineral Texas Water, you agree to these Terms of Service.
These terms govern all orders, deliveries, payments, and interactions between you (“the customer”) and Mineral Texas Water (“the company,” “we,” or “us”).


2. Products & Availability

We are an authorized distributor of Crazy Water and other mineral water products.
All products are subject to availability. In rare cases, substitutions of equal or greater value may be provided if your preferred product is out of stock.
We reserve the right to update pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules at any time.


3. Ordering & Delivery

Orders can be placed:

  • Online via [your website URL]

  • By phone, text, or email with your local route representative

Deliveries are made on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule depending on your route and order volume.
Delivery days may vary due to weather, route changes, or supply constraints, but we’ll always notify you in advance of any significant delay.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order or provide clear drop-off instructions.

  • Ensure gates, driveways, or access points are open on delivery day.

  • Notify us of any address changes, delivery instructions, or access codes before your scheduled delivery.


4. Payment Terms

All payments are due at or before delivery, unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept cash, check, credit/debit, or digital payment (depending on your setup).

Late or missed payments may result in delivery suspension until the balance is cleared.


5. Recurring Orders & Subscriptions

If you’re on a recurring delivery plan, you may adjust or cancel your plan anytime by contacting us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
Orders canceled after the truck has been loaded may incur a $10 restocking fee.


6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all transactions and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Please review the policy for details on damaged or incorrect orders, missed deliveries, and refund eligibility.


7. Bottle Deposits & Equipment

If your delivery includes reusable glass bottles, dispensers, or coolers:

  • Bottle deposits may be charged and refunded upon safe return.

  • Any lost or damaged equipment will be billed at replacement cost.
    Please leave empty bottles outside by 8 AM on delivery day for pickup and credit.


8. Product Quality & Storage

All products are handled with care and delivered at proper storage temperatures.
To maintain product quality:

  • Store Crazy Water in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

  • Do not consume products that appear tampered with or damaged — contact us immediately for replacement.


9. Liability Disclaimer

Mineral Texas Water is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or delivery of its products.
Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.


10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Customer information (name, address, phone, email, and order history) is used only to manage deliveries and customer relationships.
We never sell or share your information with third parties.


11. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
All changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website or delivery of written notice to customers.
