Mineral Texas Water – Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 2025
Applies to: All Mineral Texas Water and Crazy Water deliveries within Texas.


1. General Policy

At Mineral Texas Water, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we deliver. Because our products are consumable and handled under strict quality control, all sales are generally considered final once delivered, except in the cases listed below.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll promptly replace the affected items at no additional charge or credit your next order.

To report a damaged or incorrect order:

  • Text or call [your phone number]

  • Email [your email address]
    Include your name, order number, delivery date, and a brief description (photos help us resolve it faster).


3. Returns

Because Crazy Water is a food-grade product, we cannot accept returns of any bottles or cases once they’ve been opened or left your premises after delivery (for health and safety reasons).

Unopened, sealed products may be eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • Reported within 7 days of delivery, and

  • Kept in original condition and packaging.

Approved returns must be scheduled for pickup during your next delivery window.


4. Missed Deliveries

If you miss a scheduled delivery (for example, gate locked, no one available, etc.), we’ll contact you to reschedule.

  • First reschedule: No charge.

  • Additional missed deliveries: A $10 redelivery fee may apply.


5. Refunds

Refunds are processed only when:

  • The product is damaged or defective at delivery, or

  • The order was billed or delivered in error.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
If you paid by check or cash, a credit will be applied to your next order instead.


6. Cancellations

To cancel a recurring delivery, notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date.
Orders cancelled after the truck is loaded may incur a $10 restocking fee.
