Austin delivery days
Our Austin routes run every Tuesday and Thursday. Enter your ZIP on mineraltexaswater.com to confirm your address is covered and see your delivery day. Regular routes don't come with a promised time window, so leave any gate codes, porch notes or dog warnings in your order notes and we'll take it from there.
How home delivery works
- Pick your water. Choose your Crazy Water number and size online.
- We deliver on your route day. Jugs and cases come to your door on the Tuesday or Thursday route.
- Leave the empties out. We pick up your empty jugs when we drop off refills.
Subscriptions save 10%, and you can skip, pause or cancel anytime. Each 5-gallon or 3-gallon jug carries a $7 refundable deposit.
Pick your Crazy Water
Crazy Water comes in four numbers, each from its own well with its own mineral level:
- No. 1 is the lightest, crisp and clean.
- No. 2 is a medium mineral water and an easy everyday choice.
- No. 3 is bold, with a richer mineral taste.
- No. 4 has the highest mineral content in the lineup.

Sizes that fit how you drink
- 5-gallon and 3-gallon jugs for a dispenser. Most Austin homes on delivery go this route.
- 1-liter glass bottles (6 per case) for the fridge or the dinner table.
- 500ml BPA-free bottles (20 per case) for lunches, the car and the gym bag.
- 12 oz glass for Crazy Fizz and No. 3.

Where we deliver around Austin
Our Tuesday and Thursday routes cover the Austin area. Many of our customers are in South Austin, East Austin, Lakeway and the surrounding neighborhoods. We also run Round Rock and Georgetown on a monthly route, plus the Hill Country (Fredericksburg, Comfort, Blanco, Dripping Springs and Johnson City) and Wimberley and San Marcos on their own monthly days. How much is delivery?
Local delivery is $15 per order, and orders over $150 deliver free. Through Oct 11, new home-delivery subscribers can use FIRSTDELIVERY to waive the fee on their first subscription order.
How many jugs should I start with?
Most households start with two to four 5-gallon jugs, so one is on the dispenser and another is ready to swap. You can change your quantity or frequency anytime.
What if I'm not sure which number I'll like?
Start with No. 2 or No. 3. They're the easiest entry points, and plenty of Austin customers keep a case of glass bottles in a second number to compare.
